We are hiring for a Production Assistant & Experience Host to start in September. Successful applicant must be available to work weekdays during daytime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct and provide exceptional customer service during custom candle bar experiences.
- Assist with all stages of candle production, including pouring, packaging, labeling, inventory management, and retail/wholesale order fulfillment.
- Pick, pack, and process customer and wholesale shipments.
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels and communicating inventory needs.
- Receive, unpack, organize, and store incoming inventory from suppliers.
- Assist with creating social media content, including photos, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming candle bar, studio, and retail space.
- Complete general housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
- Support the team with other tasks and responsibilities as required.
